Hettich Australia (Hettich) warrants the original registered purchaser of Hettich hardware against manufacturing defects for as long as the original purchaser owns the product. This warranty applies to all hinges, runners, slides and metal drawer systems sold by Hettich. This warranty is limited to residential consumers of our products who register their products via our Warranty Registration Card. If you are a consumer within the terms of the Trade Practices Act 1974, then this warranty is an addition to your rights as a consumer and in no way reduces your statutory rights.

This warranty covers the consumer for the replacement of the faulty hardware only. Hettich will send the original purchaser replacement hardware. Hettich does not warrant the removal or installation costs of the defective product. Hettich does not warrant products which have been incorrectly installed, exposed to loads in excess of specifications, and/or abused or used for purposes other than that for which they are intended. Hettich will not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages resulting from or contributed to by the use, installation, performance or failure of our products.
