I didn't think that renovating a kitchen could be so easy, yes we were slightly inconvenienced in some ways but that is expected with any renovation of this size, considering what we had to do it all ran rather smoothly.

Apollo kitchens were so helpful, I had ideas of what I wanted, Apollo always gave suggestions of what would work well and accommodated to my wants and needs.

Not only did we update our kitchen but we changed a few structural aspects of the kitchen space. We went from a rather small kitchen to a medium to large area to work with.

All of Apollo staff were professional and friendly right down to the electrician.

We were unsure if the dream kitchen would ever eventuate after receiving over priced quotes from other competitors but soon realized that it could be achieved by Apollo without losing the quality we desired. We are more than happy with the outcome and would have no hesitations recommending Apollo kitchens for any kitchen renovation.

Dear Jeremy,

I am writing this letter to show our appreciation for the finished result of our brand new kitchen.

Our aim from the beginning was simple; to have increased cupboard and bench space with black piano finish cupboards and white Caesar stone benchtop.

We knew we needed to find a company that we could work with, one who would listen to what we wanted, but also give us the advise and industry tips to make the kitchen stylish and of course workable for our family needs. We quickly realised from our initial meeting with Apollo kitchens, we had chosen the right company. The designs, particularly the positioning of the cupboards and the shark nose profile, were innovative and thoughtful to our needs.

When it came to the installation, the communication was excellent and the work started on the day that had been scheduled. The people and materials came at the times we expected and the staff that you used were also pleasant and easy to get along with who clearly wanted to be helpful and do a good job.

The finished product was stunning, beyond our expectations.

Many thanks for installing us with a kitchen that is many times better that the one taken out, and where you achieved our initial aim and much more. There is no question that we would be happy to recommend you to anyone who is unsure where to go for their next kitchen.

A bit of feedback if you are interested...

You expect (and get) good service from the top of the food chain in most businesses however, in this case, it’s not just the two of you that provide good service.

George Kokinos always emails or calls back quickly and makes time to answer queries (regardless of how busy he is)

The installers worked back until 8.30pm even though I told them that it was okay to come back later. (I gave them a bottle of Red each but I still felt bad for them)

Pierre had to come back to move a bench 40mm to make room for a vertical stone trim against the wall. When I thanked him he just shrugged and said "no problem". (He didn’t think it was a big deal at all)

Amanda answers the phone as though you were the first person she has spoken to that day. (That really is a difficult thing to do all day)

She goes out of her way to chase up queries and call back (or makes sure someone else calls back)

Even Tina (I think) at the Smithfield Display Centre bent over backwards to help us.

She seamlessly serviced Lisa and I at the same time as another family.

Prior to telling her that George sent us to have a look at the displays, she had no reason to believe that we were anything other than a walk in.

You have a really great team at Apollo...

Nothing is ever a problem. They collectively give the Company a good name.

We would appreciate it if you could pass on our appreciation to all of them.

Tania and I are delighted with our new kitchen and we would like you to pass on our thanks to your team especially Joe Ardita, Installer Tony, Electricians George and Robert, Plumber Adrian, Project Manager George Kokkinos, and Jeremy Foxe and Peter Bader from your admin office.

We would be happy for you to refer potential customers to us or to show them this letter.

Although having a new kitchen may seem like a simple process, it became a lot more complicated than we thought, and we are very happy that we went with the Apollo team.

It was fortunate that after design, the process started with a check measure. I had incorrectly measured the distance to a wall, which would have resulted in essa stone benchtops and cabinets being made too small.

I had thought about removing the old kitchen and taking it to the dump on my trailer, but fortunately, we had Apollo remove the kitchen. It was gone in 2 hours ! I could never have achieved this.

We had as many Hettich slow closing drawers, LED lights and opening/shutting devices as possible designed into the kitchen to make it practical for us, and appreciate the extra detail that this involved for your team. We found this was money well spent.

The Hettich LED lighting and IZONA Cooksurface were new technologies. The Laminex Fineline doors and Innerstyle cabinetry were also reasonably new to the market. This meant that the Apollo team had to learn about the products in order to make our kitchen a success, which has been achieved.

We thought about having our electrician and plumber work on the kitchen, but the right decision was made - to go with the specialist team from Instyle by Apollo. The guys worked together well, and so much faster than our local tradesmen. It was nice to see the trades cleaned up after themselves, too.

Whilst it took time to have the essa stone benchtops and splashbacks made after the cupboards were installed, we are pleased with the outcome. Our house was not built squarely, and the stonemasons achieved an excellent result. As a matter of fact, the benchtops and splashback are the main visual feature of the kitchen.

Tina, thanks for the Project management – it was good to have someone at the end of the phone who knew what was going on, organizing trades, in an informed and pleasant manner.

Our new kitchen was a very important decision for us and we are thrilled with the outcome.
