The owners of this penthouse property, in Potts Point engaged Apollo Kitchens to create a much larger, ‘sexier’ entertaining kitchen, where 3-4 people at any time could work in the space. It was also important that the kitchen be highly functional, extremely practical in the layout, and without any ‘fussiness’. Materials used needed to be easy to clean, hard wearing but with a dateless beauty and also were to be used in other spaces to create continuity throughout the penthouse.
